1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET SETUP WITH YOUR SERVICE?

a. It takes about 30 to 45 days.


2. DOES YOUR SERVICE REQUIRE A CONTRACT?

a. Contracts are optional.


3. WHAT IS THE COST OF YOUR SERVICES?

a. Pricing is based on volume and the number of cycles per month/year. We provide you with a price quote and sample packet.

4. CAN YOU WORK WITH MY CURRENT SOFTWARE PROVIDER?

a. Yes, we have a team of programmers that can work with your exported data.


5. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CUSTOMERS TO RECEIVE THEIR BILLS?

a. Under normal circumstances, 2 to 3 business days.


6. WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO DISCONTINUE YOUR SERVICE?

a. We require you give us at least a 60 day notice before discontinuing our service and a date of termination. This will allow us time to prepare for termination and review the pre-printed forms we have warehoused for you.
