STEP #1
THE DEVELOPMENT STAGE
To begin, we
will need a sample of your current document and test data samples.
If you wish, we will establish a new look for your document and
send a proof for your approval. The entire development and
design process takes about 30 days. We make sure your document
looks exactly as you wish before we go live with your data. Custom colors and adding company logos are standard for us.

 STEP #2
LIVE TRANSMISSION
You will prepare your
documents for printing the way you usually do. Once your files are prepared
you will create a data extract file according to our instructions. This
is very easy. Then you will send your files to us using one of
two methods, email or FTP (File Transfer Protocol). You will be notified that your files have been received in good order,
and then start the print, fold, and insert process. The focus is to get your mail
out quickly and accurately. See our
