HOW DO I GET STARTED?

WE MAKE IT SIMPLE! 

Here are 5 important steps to begin our service:

 

 

Contact our Sales Department and provide us with the number of customers and the type of billing you require for each cycle. Once we have established the scope of your project we will provide you with a cost estimate and bill design.

 

 

Now we are ready for test data and data mapping. You can either email the test data to us or upload through the FTP program on your computer. This test data will be used to program your bill so please make sure we are getting current data.

 

 

Next you will receive your own unique “User Name” and “Password” for the purpose of making secure uploads to our data center any time you wish 24/7. The programming and testing usually takes about 30 to 45 days.

Upon the approval of your new bill and a 90 day postage deposit we will discuss a live target date with you.
